D827 : Dinky Thunderbolt 23m

Modeled on the Land Speed record car of GEORGE EYSTON. (See History Link) This one is a Silver and Green Grill model. The earlier model, 23m, had the British Union Flag on the rear fin. Be good to restore this and include the flag. The body detail is quite accurate but the original had twin rear wheels and two axles at the front. The tires have deteriorated and to replace them require the chassis to be removed, so this one gets a restoration job.
